We are stoked that so many of our awesome guests want to come visit us each day – but unfortunately we can not accommodate all requests. Burger of the Month - Grow a Pear. This month we married a bacon burger with a Taleggio cheese salad - and boy, is it delicious! PRIME TIME - This month we celebrate two of the most sought after primeurs that spring has to offer, asparagus and ramsons. We have paired these two delicacies with one of the French mother sauces, the hollandaise and our in house smoked bacon. The Flat Iron Sandwich - This month we have swapped our original beef patty for a flavorful flat iron steak – the bun is spread with a tangy vinegar Mayo while the thinly sliced, low tempered steak rests on a bed of rocket salad and is topped crispy fried shallots and a fresh and spicy tomato, caper, herb and cucumber salsa. Mango Tango! This month we let Mediterranean ingrediens dance with Indian flavors. We have topped our beef patty with tangy parmesan cheese and spicy chorizo sausage - paired with sweet mangoraya, peppery roquette salad and fresh mango salsa. This last month of the year we bring you an early Christmas gift in the form of an extra Burger of the Month – both burgers are inspired by real Norwegian Christmas classics and this is one of them: On this burger our beef patty rest on a swede/parsley mayo and fried kale – topped with classic Pinnekjøtt (salted lamb rib), tangy lingonberry sauce and sweet swede pure. Served with a side of crispy, salty almond potato chips. Delicious!
Chili Chick Cheese! This month we turn the heat up as the weather cools down. We have swapped our regular beef patty for a juicy, cornflakes encrusted chicken patty - topped with a creamy jalapeño cheddar sauce and paired with a hot jalapeño mayo, lettuce salad mix, tangy pickled jalapeños and fresh chimichurri. It's almost the weekend, the perfect excuse to try our fantastic burger of the month! The new burger is filled with papaya & mango chutney, roasted aioli, drizzled with a smokey chipotle tabasco sauce , gorgonzola, “Vestfold” salad and topped off with coffee infused bacon.
It´s Tuesday, it´s March 1st, its a new burger of the month! The new Spanish Mexican influenced burger is served with mixed greens, guacamole with cottage cheese, topped with matured cheddar and a dressing made of smoked bell pepper and grilled chorizo. Ladies and gentlemen, we introduce you to the new burger of the month. A juicy burger served with melted Jarlsberg cheese, mint mayo butter, topped with a fresh curry mango chutney with flavors of garlic, ginger, sesam seed and thai chili. Well, we fell in love!!!
We can surely entice you with our new burger of the month! The Christmas-inspired burger is filled with Norwegian "ribbe", red cabbage salad, pickled cucumber, and topped with a crispy bacon rind and mustard mayo... Holy Cheesemas!
